The girls are most always up for modeling opportunities at my studio. They enjoy dressing up, hair styling, and make up! I needed to use them for an afternoon at the studio to get some shots of these pretty headbands for a vendor I was working with (Halo Creations). Here are my favorites-

I haven’t ever done real “Christmasy” portraits for the kids’ “Christmas” pictures. Does that even make sense? ha! Doing an ‘official’ session with them really stresses me out, but the end result is always good so it’s worth it to me! (Even is Max is royally difficult these days!)
We had family pictures made during our family beach trip at Sea Brook Island (July 2012) by the amazing Sharon Clark of Smitten Photography. I carefully planned our outfits weeks prior to the session and was pleased with the outcome. As a photographer and mother of three quickly growing little ones, I value the tradition of family pictures. I think it is important for us to be captured together routinely as our family changes. This has not only been something for us to enjoy presently, but I know one day, my kids will treasure the images even more. 🙂
