Summer Lovin’, part three

This is the conclusion of my random summer pictures.  We’ve had a great summer with lots of love and family time.  What more could you ask for?

Emmy dug out a worm in the backyard.  (Ewwww!)

The Barney costume makes a come-back.

This day, I realized the box of donuts was missing off the kitchen counter.  I found them…

Wall art-

Love the curls on this boy!

If you haven’t noticed, we consider playing dress up an important part of our schedule.  Here’s Max in daddy’s work pants and boots.

Beans and Bathing suits—

Swimming trips to Papaw David’s pool help prepared the kids for swimming at the beach.

It was soooo hot the day we did a water balloon fight.  It took me forever to fill up all those little balloons, but the kids were so surprised and loved all two minutes of throwing them at each other.

“Cheeeeese”

One big event of the summer was the wedding of my cousin Riley.  The entire family got all fixed up and had a great time together celebrating the big day.  I was SOOO bummed because I had planned on taking my camera.  We decided last minute to drive someone else’s car, and I left my camera in my car at home.  So all we have are a few iphone pictures and the crazy pictures from the photo booth.  I so wish I could have got some good shots of everyone!  Here’s me and my only brother Jared.

Cousin Brycen & Aunt Kay Kay

A random shot of my Dad and his dad (Papaw Curtis)…

Reagan sitting on the old porch swing that came from my Mamaw Peggy’s house.  I remember swinging on it many times when I was little.

The doughnut snatcher strikes again!

For July 4th, we bought a small package of fireworks to shoot off at my parents’ house.  The kids loved all the fireworks.  They clapped even for the smallest ones.  ha!

Reading at bedtime (one of my favorite routines)!  I read Junie B. Jones ALOT these days to Reagan.  She sometimes practices her little readers to me.  Max likes to crash story time any chance he can get.  Don’t let this picture fool ya!

“I’ll turn my goggles upside down so I can keep my passy in.” LOL

“No, Emmy, this is how they go!”

We like to have races through the house…

Po-Ho’s

Emmy wearing Reagan’s “pokedaisies” 3rd birthday outfit- wearing it quite well, I think!

Here’s one of our favorite iphone apps right now- “Cat Effects”.   You can just pop the cats on the picture wherever you want.

I found this picture on my iphone.  Not that funny, I know, but it did make me chuckle to see how one of them took the picture and put the cat on it like that.

Sharing sweets from Charley’s!

Stylin’ for church!
